GC2012: Statement of TEC Albany Bishops

As the Rev. Dr. Philip Edcumbe Hughes, a Church of England scholar, once told me about Anglicanism, "It's going to hell in a handbasket."  That was in 1987.  And tweedy English scholar he was indeed.  The Albany Bishops put it more delicately below.  RA believes that "contempt" and "belittlement" are fair, justifiable, and necessary responses to TEC leaders.
