Benjamin Veitch, my
nephew, age 19, was found dead yesterday morning, 7/20/2012, at 0600 by his
mother, my sister-in-law, Robyn Veitch.  Robyn, a Registered Nurse, engaged in CPR to no avail.  Communications
this morning have been established with my brother,
