Hawaii's Federal Judicial Ruling on Same-sex Marriage: Jackson v. Abercrombie

Jackson v. Abercrombie.  Federal District Court.  Re: constitutionality of Hawaii's Constitutional Amendment and state statute defining marriage as between "one man and one woman."  The Constitutionality was upheld, but will undoubtedly head to the 9th Circuit.
